College of DuPage seeks a full-time, tenure-track history faculty member, starting August 2017. Any field welcomed, but special consideration will be given to historians of pre-modern Europe, the ancient Near East, or East Asia and to historians with a focus on women and gender.
Teaching, advising students, curriculum development, committee work, and engagement with the field.
- Master's of Arts in History required, PhD preferred
- College-level teaching experience required; Community college teaching experience preferred.
- Experience with classroom technology is required; familiarity with alternative delivery, including online instruction, is a plus.
