Visiting Assistant Professor of Mexican and Latin American History
The Department of History at Boise State University invites applications and nominations for a full-time, one-year Visiting Assistant Professorship in Mexican and Latin American history beginning in fall 2022. Topical and chronological specialty is open, but expertise in Indigenous Peoples, environmental history, or race and ethnicity is preferred. The successful candidate will teach a 2/3 course load that includes both lower and upper division courses in Mexico and Latin America, a 200-level methodological course related to the candidate’s area of expertise, and may include a graduate level class in the candidate’s specialty.
