The Department of Latina/Latino Studies at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign invites applications to fill a full-time tenured Full/Associate Professor. We seek a tenured professor or tenured associate professor in the interdiscipline of Latina/Latino Studies, broadly construed. We are particularly interested in scholars who work across one or more of these areas: Afro-Latinidades, Afro-indigenous studies, and relational ethnic studies.  Areas of special consideration include but not are not limited to queer of color critique, disability studies, and environmental justice. Candidates with a documented commitment to working with students or faculty from groups historically marginalized or underrepresented in the field
