Overview: The Department of History and the Program in American Studies at Georgetown University invite applications for a joint full-time tenure-line Provost’s Distinguished Faculty Fellow and Assistant Professor of Asian American History position. We seek an innovative scholar and teacher whose work in Asian American History explores capitalism and empire; labor and migration; placemaking and community formation; refugees, citizenship, and the military/carceral state; gender and sexuality; and/or culture, law, and politics.
