University of Connecticut- Assistant Professor of Early Modern European History
Assistant Professor of Early Modern European History INTRODUCTION The Department of History at the University of Connecticut welcomes applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Early Modern Europe (1350-1700). Geographic specialization is open, excluding England and Ireland. The Department is particularly interested in candidates with teaching and research interests in one or more of the following areas: Renaissance or Reformation history, history of science, history of medicine, or global connections of Europe. We are also interested in candidates with strong language abilities and, relatedly, teaching and research interests that can deepen connections with the Literatures, Cultures, Languages, and English Departments
