University of Maine, Assistant Professor of 20th Century U.S. History The Department of History at the University of Maine invites applications for a tenure-track, academic-year, assistant professor in 20th Century U.S. History. Experience in digital history is preferred. The candidate’s research interest and teaching expertise should complement the History Department’s existing strengths, which include digital and spatial history. Annual teaching responsibilities ordinarily include four courses at the undergraduate or graduate level, along with advising and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.
