Associate Professor of African American Studies
Job Summary The Department of African American Studies is seeking excellent candidates for an Associate Professor (tenured) position in the area of 20th-century African American History. We are particularly interested in applicants with interests in women's history and/or internationalism. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching introductory survey courses and advanced courses related to the area of specialization; conducting scholarly research; and performing University and community service as appropriate.
