The Hoover Institution Glenn Campbell and Rita Ricardo-Campbell National Fellows Program allows outstanding scholars from colleges, universities, and institutions around the world to be freed from academic and professional responsibilities to devote one year to unrestricted, creative research and publication. National Fellows Program fellowships provide scholars the opportunity to complete an original significant research project with the expectation of generating a publishable manuscript while in residence at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, Stanford, California.  Two unique resources frame the Hoover Institution National Fellows Program: The Hoover Library and Ar
