The Department of History at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a tenured Professor or Associate Professor who studies the history of the British empire, to begin Fall of academic year 2025-26. Geographical and topical areas of specialization are open. Duties will include undergraduate and graduate teaching in the history of the British Empire and related fields, contribution to the department’s core curriculum, research, and service to the department, college, and university.
